DFP is a groundworks contractor technically able to execute work on site provided the scope and detailing of the works is clearly defined and specified and the price agreed in advance. The works for our project comprised significant bulk excavation, trenches for drainage and services, as well as pouring concrete for reinforced concrete ground beams, floor slabs and a retaining wall. These works were completed satisfactorily on a site with very restricted access. Additional reinforced concrete works necessitated during construction involved an extension of time of about 10 days which DFP pursued through to completion without interruption. Provided the works are properly supervised by the client or his representative, DFP is capable of providing a satisfactory level of service and quality as well as overall value for money.
